About the role
As Community Manager you own the relationship between Strom and its users. You will lead our moderator team, run events, gather feedback, and make sure every member feels heard.
What you'll do
- Own community strategy, events, and the moderator roster
- Be the voice of Strom across Discord and social channels
- Collect and synthesise user feedback for the product team
- Write announcements, changelogs, and community updates
- Track community health metrics and report on them
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in community or social media management
- Outstanding written communication and a friendly voice
- Experience running events and growing online communities
- Comfort with analytics and reporting
- Deep familiarity with Discord culture
Nice to have
- Experience managing a volunteer moderator team
- Basic graphic or video editing skills
- A second language
