About the role
As a Server Moderator you are the first line of defence and the friendly face of the Strom community. You will enforce our community guidelines, handle reports, and help thousands of members get the most out of Strom Bot. This is a great entry point into the team for people who love Discord communities and want to grow into Community or Support roles.
What you'll do
- Monitor channels and enforce community guidelines fairly and consistently
- Respond to member reports and resolve conflicts with empathy
- Welcome new members and point them to the right resources
- Escalate bugs, abuse, and feature requests to the right team
- Help run community events, giveaways, and AMAs
What we're looking for
- Active Discord user with prior moderation experience
- Excellent written communication in English
- Calm, fair, and level-headed under pressure
- Available for at least 10 flexible hours per week
- Familiarity with Strom Bot features (or willingness to learn fast)
Nice to have
- Experience moderating servers with 10k+ members
- A second language
- Basic knowledge of AutoMod and bot configuration
